* 2 cups rolled oats
* 1/2 cup sultanas
* 1/3 cup cranberries
* 1 tsp marmalade or orange peel (optional)

Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Roll into small, golfball-sized balls.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown (180C or 356F).
*Tip: if you find the mixture too dry and hard to roll then add a tablespoon or two more of the applesauce to help it combine.
